Meet the dude delivering the heat! Jake Atkinson began his passion for the culinary industry back in his early 20's, and what started as a passion for flavor and spice has turned into what is some of the best hot sauces available on the market today! The business began in early 2020 as a project to bring food from local markets and farms to every meal. Everything sourced for these sauces comes from local farmers, local markets, and all of our mostly organic ingredients are checked for quality and flavor by Chef Big Jake.
